I have been enjoying Major D for a couple of years. I am a dark roast fan but other brands seem to be quite acidic. leaving me with a sour stomach. Peet's Major Dickason Blend doesn't leave me with that sour feeling. It is my go to blend. It is, dare I say, the best coffee you can buy. Cheers!

Ordered online March 2020, expiration date January 2020. I blame virus for this over-site. Sam’s employees did great job supplying “stuck at home” customers by various products. The brand of this coffee is great, if you like coffee, not coffee& water.

Although I love the Epresso Forte, "The Major" ranks as my all time favorite .. I purchase the whole beans and grind them at home for my morning cappuccino .. Every morning ! If I just want a cup of coffee, I reach for The Major again .. The flavor just says Peet's to me !!

I am ordering a couple more bags of this coffee and I hope it is packed a bit better. My last order of two bags came in a box from some other grocery item. My coffee was in this big box, not sealed, no top on it, and put on the edge of my porch. Luckily my dog barked at delivery person and I went out to get it right away. Packing needs to improve for sure.

Love this coffee but I mix it 50/50 with the Cafe Domingo and I get a coffee that has the perfect flavor for my taste. No matter what brewing method I use it just seems to taste perfect. I am not a coffee snob and could not tell you a top notch bean from an inferior one but I just am very picky about coffee tasting a certain way for me to enjoy drinking it. I have found with many experimentations that this particular mix works beautifully. I serve it to guests in a percolator and it goes over extremely well and they always want a second cup and I am asked what it is. either way, this is a great coffee and I have been drinking it for many years.

I love great coffee and like it brewed many ways: French press, cold brew, drip and espresso. What I love is that this blend is perfect no mater how you brew it. The French press is rich and flavorful and the crema in an espresso shot is the best I've used.... ever. This truly is the perfect cup of coffee.

Major Dickason's is by far my favorite. I mix the decaf with the caffeinated (actually, it's the best decaf I've ever tasted, but I need a little caffeine). It's rich and SO flavorful..........and the aroma........................Try it......THE BEST!!!!

Major Dickason is the best coffee I've ever had. It is consistently blended and always satisfying. I used to drink the Sumatras and love Indonesian coffees and MD satisfies without going overboard. I went online to check out it's origins and sure enough, there was Indonesia. Yum. Gives a great start to the day.

Reformed coffee snob who still loves a great cup of coffee. This is by far my favorite blend of coffee. The coffee roasts up nice and dark with a bold flavor and no bitter taste. There should be two coffees in the world this and anything else to remind you why you found Peet's Coffee in the first place. I've ordered a few bags and never had a bad roast. The K-Cups version roasts up just a bit lighter than this does with minimal beans. Brew on folks.

I am not one to take the time to write reviews but I thought this coffee was worth the time to share. I usually only drink high end coffee from a local coffee shop that roast fresh beans daily and I have to say this is pretty close to as good for about 1/3 the price.
