This pesto tastes very similar to pesto I ate while in Venice! Very high quality. I find it tastes much more authentic than any other store bought pesto if tried in the past.

I love this pesto. It is delicious and versatile for pasta, veggies and marinades. And you can freeze it without losing taste or texture of the product. I always have a jar on hand.

Very salty and garlic-y but still good. However, I found it worked great as a base for broccoli pesto. Use as much thrawed frozen broccoli as in the jar and process it. This cuts down on the salt, garlic, and oil. Tastes better and has better nutrition.

I love garlic but can't taste anything but garlic in this oily mess. Says it has cheese but you can't taste it. And the cheap plastic bottle is not microwave safe. Probably been recycled too many times. I probably should have known better. Glass bottle, less garlic, and less cheap canola oil would be big improvements.

I'm Italian. First off, $8 for 22oz of pesto had me 🤔. Let me tell you, this stuff is great to have on hand. On its own, it's a little salty for my taste. So I don't use it full strength. However, if you toss a dollop into your meatball mix, it really adds a nice punch that dried spices won't give you if you don't have fresh basil on hand. I'll open a can of Donny Pepps (Don pepino) pizza sauce, mix it with a fat tablespoon of this before making a pie. Mangia. Another good use is tossing a dollop into your pot of minestrone or pasta e fagioli and stirring real good before serving. Shelf life is 2 mos once opened.

I am picky about pesto for some reason. Maybe because some tend to smell and taste like spinach which is very unwelcome. I was skeptical but the reviews were good and I couldn’t skip on trying it. The price/amount you get is beyond budget friendly. Sams pesto rivals my favorite enough that I only buy this one now.

What a wonderfully quick and easy meal this pesto can make!! We paired it with tortellini and pregrilled chicken from Sams to make an easy peasy weeknight meal! And we had plenty left to make a homemade pizza with pesto tomatoes and mozzarella, and then to use it on sandwiches! It is so versatile and easy! And the taste? Simply YUMMO!!

This is the best store bought pesto I've ever had. It is fragrant, robust, well balanced. It says on the bottle that it has a hint of garlic and u would say it is a little more than a hint but not overpowering. We loved it. I had it in my cottage cheese, we had it with chicken pasta, and on toast. It really was a treat. It was great cold or hot in pasta. The price was just right

I make a very good pesto. And I have tried many off the shelf pesto's when I got lazy. This is better than my home made and the best off the shelf pesto I have ever eaten. I hope Member's Mark knows when they have a excellent product and won't try to cheapen it up to make more profit. Don't mess with perfection.

This is great pesto! The flavor is wonderful, you can definitely taste the garlic, but it's not so overpowering that you don't taste the basil and parmesan cheese too. It's a perfect balance of the flavors. I used it hot- in pasta with spicy sausage and garden fresh tomatoes, cold - as a spread on toast with a slice of tomato, and also baked it right into a load of home made bread! It is so versatile. I also think the texture is just right. Not too big of chunks, but not smooth either, it's just right.
