Replaced my Firman dual-fuel inverter generator that would not start after just a few uses over 4 years. This has more power, larger fuel tank and easier access to the battery. The low THD will allow me to charge my Bluetti batteries without issue. Very pleased.

I bought this generator this week. When it arrived, packaging was solid, all items inside box, and instructions were clear and concise. Assembly was minimal. Cranked up in first try with propane. Ran smooth and we tested with a lamp. Looking forward to testing heavier liads. Super quiet!

Just took it out of the box and had it running on propane in less than 10 minutes. That was after about 20 minutes of reading the quick-start guide and manual. Definitely familiarize yourself with everything, but this baby is super simple. Pretty quiet too, especially in Eco mode.

I just bought this unit to supplement a 3700W Harbor Freight Predator. Much better design, which includes dual fuel capacity. Followed the instructions: add fuel, oil and connect the battery. All very intuitive. Started right at the first time. Switched fuel to gas propane without any hesitation. Terrific unit.

Unit arrived quickly and with no physical damage. Started right up on propane, but kept surging on idle. Contacted customer service and they are sending a new carburetor for me to replace, if I feel handy enough. If not, they offered for me to take it to a authorized shop. I will wait and see what is involved. Part is on its way. If it wasn't for the carburetor issue, I would give 5 stars. Really meets my needs.

I bought this in 2021 tried it out for about 2 hours, worked great. After 1 year sitting tried it out and started right up, no problem ran for 2 hours for RV AC and few more hours for other things, worked great. This year tried to start n hard to start ran ruff then settled. Ran RV AC a few hours, then turned off. following week tried to start n WONT START!!! Only 15 Hours on it. Not Happy!!!!

The generator started right up after adding the supplied oil and a little gas. Remote start is the best. Make sure to keep the battery charged to last overnight or it will go dead and remote start won't work. Haven't tried the unit on propane yet (might get 5 stars after I do) but runs quiet on gas and has plenty of power. Purchased and installed the high altitude injector in the carburetor for our camping locations.

I bought this unit despite some negative reviews about the automatic choke issue that some have experienced. Mine was perfect and I am extremely happy that it is running as expected. It's relatively quiet, and the setup was simple. I was glad I did some reading before adding the oil because it does not need the whole bottle and causes issues if overfilled. I decided to go the LP route to avoid having to mess with gasoline and the storage issues that go with it, but it's nice to have the option to use gas if needed. I am currently 4 hours into the break-in procedure and have been alternately powering multiple different items to vary the load during that time: full-size refrigerator/freezer, medium size upright freezer, large LED TV, and a lamp. I did have to invest in a few other items like a 30A extension cord, a Gen-Tent, and an adapter for the 30A receptacle on the unit. We have lost food twice this year to power outages, so this will give us some peace of mind to be able to keep some lights on and the food cold when it happens again.

Product is what I expected and when it was all hooked up it started on the second try. Like the LED read out but can get the hours read out to work. Everything I expected and looking forward to years of use. Nothing requiring immediate attension. except... Recieved product a little beat up but not so much I would reject. Even opened the box to look for the obvious and found none. After installing the battery I notice the front panel screws were not all the way "in" and appears that they had work done after left the factory..Partly stripped Phillips screws. No way to prove but may need some QA at the factory. The issue was they were cross threaded. Took out, chased them and reinstalled OK. Instruction to hook up propane non existent except to install to propane tank. Added the oil about 25% came back out. Must have had some oil in the engine from factory

I did a lot of research before buying this generator. For the money there is no other generator that delivers the power and has the features this one does. So far it fired up the first try and I have gone through the break-in period without any issues. I will use it a bunch this summer and will see the long-term testing results
