I got this a week ago we have been without power for some time in Canadian winter. Was previously borrowing a friend's generator; but decided to get out own. This thing is quiet reliable and I'm getting 18 hours on the tank. The. Other nice feature is even my wife has no problems starting it.

After hurricane Helene decided to finally get a generator. Just took it for a test run and works great. The three methods of starting it are great (manual pull cord, start button on unit and remote start key fob). All the different power connections make it extremely versatile. Dual fuel (propane and gas) means we can can keep a propane tank ready for immediate use and then refuel based on what’s available. We are ready for next power outage.

I can use it for my travel trailer a/c, can use propane or gas, remote start, portable, and quiet enough for camping. It even has a data center and is the most fuel efficient generator out there. I challenge you to find a better generator at a better price.

Was looking for an inverter generator for my home and my fifth wheel RV. The Westinghouse iGen4500Dfc is perfect. It is big enough to handle a home power outage and powering my RV, yet compact enough to carry in the bed of my truck when on the road. Plus, it is amazingly quiet and dual fuel. Easy to setup and get running right out of the box. Love the performance monitor built into the front panel. Quite simple our almost new inverter/generator crapped out on us at the most beautiful campground we ever stayed at. Ordered online our new IGen4500DF and 2 days later we were back in business. What a pleasure to wake up, push a button and have the gen start and 20 minutes later our bedroom was warm enough to get out of bed. Thank You Westinghouse!

After a late spring extended power outage in Michigan I had my house rigged for an external generator/invertor for power. Knowing nothing myself about them I asked my electrician what he recommended for me and this was his one and only choice for my situation. Plenty of power, long run time, dual fuel option, and a great price for one very nice looking unit.

Only complaint is changing the oil. 14 dollar suction gun (looks like a grease gun) eliminated that issue. Its quiet, started on first pull out of the box. Ran 36 straight hours on a full tank + 3 gallons in sub zero weather. Electric start worked flawless.

I have been waiting to purchase this generator for 6 month because everyone was out of stock. I thought about buying other dual fuel generators that were in stock but I’m glad I didn’t. This generator was worth the wait with it’s great power rating and features like remote start. I just took it out of the box hooked up the battery add gas and oil and it started on the first press of the button. Hooked up my propane flipped the switch and it was running on propane. What a great little generator perfect for powering my trailer.

Ordered online, delivery no problem. Carefully read and followed instructions. Added oil and gasoline, started and ran half power for two hours charging a big battery generator. No problem noted. Connected propane tank carefully and started right up, ran for some time no problems. Only criticism was cosmetically, the hard plastic cover near top didn’t quite close leaving a very small gap and what was a little discoloration, does not see that it would ever affect operation.
