After an extensive search, I found this to be the generator for me, I got it for power outages and a RV when i get one, It is safe for electronics and household appliances. Since propane is so storable dual fuel was a great choice. Set up was easy and it started up the 1st time with propane with the push of a button. I like the features It has. I love that it has remote start. Just purchased this generator on 10-6-21 and love how easy is to use. Best part is how quiet it is when running. Well prepared for the summer storm season! We bought in the spring so we could be ready in case the power went out for an extended period of time to ensure our chest freezer kept running and we did not lose any frozen food . I was able to set up and test with ease.

We unboxed and started it up for the first time with propane. It took a few tries to start the first time. I had read about this, so I rechecked my propane connections and tried a few more times, but it started up and was easy to stop and restart from there. We have not put it to heavy use yet, but it seems well built and meets my expectations with noise, fit, and finish. The sound output is like being at a little distance from a quiet lawnmower. In Eco mode, it was significantly quieter (with a low load, I haven’t pushed it hard yet). It does sound like a small engine running, but I’m very happy with that. I also found running an engine on propane to be a very pleasant experience compared to gas, with far fewer fumes. I researched this unit for a long time before buying, and I am seeing exactly what I expected so far.

The quietest generator at the campsite. We use the generator to power our 27 foot air steam and also to run one of our air conditioning units on or trailer. Very simple to use and love the remote control as we start the generator while inside the camper.

I just started it up in my driveway for the first time. Easy to set up and started right away. Very happy with that! A bit louder than we hoped but we could talk in a normal voice and hear each other standing right next to it. So far very happy. Taking it off the grid this weekend for the full trial! Would have been happier if informed about high altitude kit at time of purchase.

After a great deal of research I decided on this generator due to its great reviews, low decibel level, and high wattage to cost ratio. It arrived today and I followed the instructions on adding oil, connecting battery, and making the necessary connection to the propane tank. The unit cranked on first push of the remote and I ran three different accessories at various wattage to test output. This generator is very quiet for its size and it seems the noise level does not significantly increase when I increase load (which changes RPM in ECO mode). Overall at this point I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Don’t fall for it. Simply go on facebook, reddit, better business bureau. You will see all the negative reviews. They knowingly sell duds. Parts get jostled around during shipping and you can read reviews where they simply won’t start. Mine ended up leaking oil, and their service center said there were no leaks and it would not be covered under warranty. This company is completely untrustworthy. Do not believe these other reviews - they are probably paid for or they are one of the few who didn’t get a dud. Save your money and your time!

Bought this for my daughter for the power size ratio so it was useful but light enough for her to move. It is very well thought out and engineered, easy to use, relatively quiet and great looking. She can roll it around easily though it take two to lift. Highly recommend.

Unit operates as advertised and powers my RV A//C while using other appliances. Only negative I've encountered is limited space in compartment housing oil change location, You have to be careful not to make a mess, fault ergonomic engineers. Otherwise it's performed well for 20 hrs, very satisfied.

We have 2 hours on generator, everything ok. Only issue was with shipper and battery. I think the shipper dropped the package on the battery end, as the battery was loose and the - terminal was bent. The battery terminals were also corroded, but cleaned up easy, and I coated with di-electric grease and re-connected. We are running on propane only. The unit starts with the remote almost instantly. Have not tried the unit with our RV 13500 bu A/C as yet.
