I bought what seemed to be the last iGen4500DF in stock in the US from Acme Tool (a fine, family owned, upper Great Plains company) who worked with me to have it to me in time for a prolonged time on the road. Thank you Acme! Just the fact that it was in such short supply speaks to good features and performance, not supply chain issues. This has to be the easiest-to-use piece of technology I've purchased. Push a button, whether on the unit or on the remote, and you have "angry pixies" to run all the things you can't do without. And the neighbors aren't any the wiser that you have the benefit of power when they may not. It is light enough to lift into the back of a pickup, starts so easily that I don't have to break a sweat, is quieter than the AC unit it drives, and can run on both gasoline and propane. I look forward to using the retractable pull handle the next time I take it with me on my next commercial flight. (Not really, but it pulls as easily as many checked bags.) Just recieved this a few ago. Put oil in, hooked up propane, and it started right up. I will have a chance to use it this weekend. Runs very quiet. Seems to be heavier than advertised. It is a heavey 105lbs. Rolling it around is easy, but you will need 2 people to load/unload unit if using it for travel.

Igen4500df We have run this generator through a trial by fire. A week of 100+ F degree temp. in our travel trailer with the air conditioning running nearly 24 hrs per day. We used both fuel modes, gas and propane on the eco mode. It ran flawlessly and economically the whole time.

This generator started right up on the first try and it is quite as advertised. I purchased this item to use during power outages. It has all the power I need to run the important items in the house. I haven't had to use it during a black out to date, but this will give me peace of mind when the power goes off.

We haven’t used our Westinghouse generator for very long, but what we have seen so far we love it!! The Honda 3000 we had before just wasn’t doing the job but this new Westinghouse takes care of all of our needs. We can’t wait to check it out on a really hot day using the RV roof air conditioner.

I bought this when California began implementing precautionary power shutoffs. Dual fuel was desired so gasoline wouldn't need to be stored. After some research this unit met the price point, and acceptable noise levels, and came with the Westinghouse name. All good.

Coming from an older open-frame Champion generator that gave me heartaches every time I had to start it, this Westinghouse is amazing! Push-button start like my car, and so quiet. Love how I can move it around like a piece of luggage too, lol. Only wish it had a fuel shutoff, so I could drain it out easier from the carb.

The electric start with the automatic choke has been excellent. I'm an old man (84 years old) and being able to just press a button to start the generator has been wonderful. It works every time. The long pull out handle makes moving the generator very easy. It is a well made unit.

Ive only used it for 1 weekend of camping. Ran a 19 ft 30amp camper including AC unit with power to spare. Put 27 hours on it. Only concern is, after it runs for several hours with no problem, it started idling down then would return to normal operation within a couple seconds. After it does it the first time then it would do it about every 20-30 minutes. No power change on my end and no codes on the generator. Still havent figured out what is causing it.

I've reviewed and tested a number of other generators and this Westinghouse IGen 4500DF unit has all the bells and whistles. I am very impressed with the low sound rating, dual fuel and remote start options. No more cat calls when I startup this quiet generator in the campground.
