I bought this generator to go boondocking with my travel trailer and tested it for 7 hours to break it in. Super quiet and started up on 2 pulls, and one push of the electric start, and also started on first press of key fob at 50 feet. Recorded the volts as I increased the loads to 50%. Nice digital display for voltage output, fuel remaining, run time. At 109 pounds was still able to lift into the back of my truck.

I have had this generator for almost a month and have used it to run power tools and with my camper. It has plenty of power and is pretty quiet. Only problem I’ve had is forgetting to turn off the battery and I haven’t been able to pull start it when the battery is dead.

Unit arrived quickly and with no physical damage. Started right up on propane, but kept surging on idle. Contacted customer service and they are sending a new carburetor for me to replace, if I feel handy enough. If not, they offered for me to take it to a authorized shop. I will wait and see what is involved. Part is on its way. If it wasn't for the carburetor issue, I would give 5 stars. Really meets my needs.

Reviews were hit and miss for the 4500i. But it is really impressed me. Remote start is a life saver! Surprisingly quiet which was really nice. With it being all enclosed it can sometimes be a pain to due regular maintenance due to lack of space. Oil changes spark plugs etc. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLOSE TO AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR PERSON BEFORE PURCHASING!!! There are not any major city’s of Kentucky. Closest one to me is 1.5hrs away. Also difficult to find parts I assume it’s kept all in house. Other than that overall impressed.

It started with ease out off the box after connecting battery, adding fuel and oil. Have used with gas and propane with no issues. Very quiet even under load. Wife and daughter both find it easy to use which makes me happy and confident it will be used and help during a power outage or emergency.

I only have about one hour on it. Set up was relatively easy. Even though they provide an excellent screw in funnel, adding oil was a little messy. (definitely stuff a rag under while adding oil.) My only minor complaint is that it seems a bit louder than other "quiet" inverter type generators that my friends have. Other than that, I am very happy so far.

I bought this last week. Product showed up a week early! All items come in box including oil and tools! It takes all oil they send with Generator! After I figured that out the generator started on the first push all I did was add oil and connect electric start battery which is plug and play!!!

So far so good. Looks good, runs good. I bought this for home backup, but have only used it trying it out. I havent had a need to really use it yet. Only problem I had with it it when following the initial startup instructions, i emptied the oil bottle into the oil receptacle with the funnel. It overflowed and left a mess. I thought maybe i had a leak. Otherwise, runs fine and i like the handy gauges.

Finally a Duel Fuel portable inverter generator that will run my entire camper 30A. Light enough to lift 1 person (Adult Male in decent shape). Pulled out of the box, connected battery, filled oil and hooked up a propane tank. Push start button and fired right up. Amazingly quieter than my old generator. Great job Westinghouse.

Purchased Jan 2024, used for backup offgrid power ~ 2hrs/day when there's no sun, have replaced 3 batteries, starter just went out, info screen went out after 2 hours of use(didn't affect output). Now (Nov 24) co monitor is stuck on and genny won't run more than 1-2 mins. Other than those issues, this genny ran great for ~ 4 months.
