I purchased my generator 10 days ago for camping season. I read all the instructions and add it all fluids. and runs great. I like all the features and how quiet it is. I give it a thumbs up 👍

So far it has done everything it's supposed to do. Starts very easily and is very quiet. I haven't used it for an emergency situation yet, but it's ready to go. I love the fact it has a three year warranty.

Easy to operate and simple to understand controls. Very happy to have as a backup plan in case of power outages - runs pretty quietly and provides ample power to run essentials

I purchased for an emergency backup. I own 2 other well known H red case generators. This Westinghouse iGen5000DF runs very low noise. I'm very satisfied with the performance. The dual fuel combo makes this generator an exceptional value.

From warranty info and registration paperwork to a replacement parts list and even an oil drain hose!! This thing comes with everything! So simple, so effective, and so worth the money. I won’t have to worry about insufficient power anymore from my old generator. This does all I need and more.

Bought this generator a few months ago. And it has been a lifesaver we lost power in the Pacific Northwest for two days in our house, and this generator came in very handy. It was very easy to set up and it started right away with no problems. I would definitely recommend this to friends..

Great generator so far. I've put 2-hours on it so far using the propane fuel option and no problems. Running my RV air conditioner, refrigerator, tv and microwave, it was running at about 60% load and w/in the realm of the generator. The adverised decibal rating is wrong. At idle w/o a load is 61 db. @23 ft. It is heavy, weighing in at 105 pds. and requires 2 people to lift into the bed of a truck, unless you want to throw your back out.

I am super bummed about this purchase. I live in Colorado and the generators need to have hearts installed to compensate for our high altitude. Unfortunately, Westinghouse does not allow you to just order the parts. They require you to request for the parts, but they are so overwhelmed that they cannot fill your request anytime soon or answer any phone calls. So my 30 days to return the generators if I don’t think they will work is coming up quickly and I can’t even try them out. It would make more sense to just let us order these parts online.

I bought this a few days ago. It came with everything you need in the box, and only a few minutes to fill up with oil, connect the propane tank and battery, and hit the start button on the remote! It’s incredibly quiet compared to open frame generators. You won’t regret this but.

I bought this generator to keep my family safe in case of emergency. I ended up using this bad boy for a whole lot more. That it ended up helping ME feel taken care of was an unexpected bonus. It’s thoughtfully built and — another surprise — fun to use. It feels like and performs with quality.
