I think I like this thing more than my kids do! It’s beautiful. The only problems we ran into is some of the wood didn’t match up or have holes. And there were a few times where I had to call to get more parts sent out. Which would take a few days. My husband and I typically worked on it during the weekend and maybe once a week after work. So it took about a month or so to get done. My 3 and 4 year old love it though. The materials are great too. I sealed it and I feel like it’s going to hold up well…unless we get another Cat 5 hurricane!!

no problem at all with this item being shipped. Once received we did have a few parts that were warp or cracked. One call for replacement items and they were on the way.Did not take long to received replacement items.Only problem we had was on replacement parts not being label so, that took some extra time trying to figure out which part was what. My Grandchildren love this playing on this in my backyard

I bought this for my three year-old grandson last year when he wasn't able to go to a playground due to COVID. He absolutely loves his "playground"! He especially likes the little clubhouse/kitchen. It's a little smaller than it looks in the picture, but it's plenty big enough for young children.

I purchased this swing set for my three boys and it is perfect! There is a lot of room for them to play and interact, the slide is nice and wide and they love the swing and handle bar options. One of the swinging doors on the small clubhouse tends to fall off frequently but otherwise the set has held up great. My boys love the kitchen and storage in the small clubhouse as well.

The build was as expected but the directions were step by step and overall nothing to difficult. Our backyard is the place to be for all the neighbor kids and it is holding up great!

Love features and everything it has to offer. My daughter loves this swing set and could live in it if I let her. Easy to set up and build, especially using the mobile app. Only recommendation would be I wish they treated the wood with a water sealant before they packaged it and shipped it. I would pay extra for a water sealant wood option because it will make it last a lot longer. I ended up doing it on my own after I built it but would be much easier to do before it was built.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a few months ago and my grandsons love it. Only one change I would recommend. The window in the small fort on the side with the bench should be up higher. Kids could easily fall out if sitting on the bench. We added a board the the bottom of the window to prevent this from happening. Otherwise love it.

We really like the layout and design of this structure and it suits our 3-year-old well. However, I am disappointed in the quality. Unfortunately, several of the pieces split when we attached them and one of the swinging saloon doors won't stay on properly, due to either an ineffective hinge mechanism or improperly pre-drilled holes. Measurements between pre-drilled holes did not line up properly and the planks on the top house portion did not fit in the space provided, requiring us to cut approx. 1/2 an inch of wood off a plank on each side of the house to make the pieces fit. We will be able to make the structure work with a few adjustments, and ultimately, it should serve our family well. We just wish the measurements were more accurate.

I brought this 11 months ago for my kids and it has held up well! It takes a few days to build (after hours) but once completed it was so worth the money and elbow grease. Download the app to put it together. SO helpful! The finish has worn a little on the steps/main walkways so I will probably stain it after 12 months or so. Would highly recommend though!

Bought it for my two boys (4 & 2) for Christmas 2019. Shipment arrived on time in 4 big boxes with a million pieces in it but everything was labeled!!? Nothing in the boxes was damaged and we were not missing any pieces. We did the construction/installation ourselves and that was a chore. Overall it took us 3-4 days working when we could, couple hours here, after bedtime another night, etc... My one recommendation is to use the app that is listed in the manual and on the boxes. The manual has pictures and hardware but the app had step by step audio AND video instructions. Could not have built it successfully without the app. It was very user friendly, would recommend it over and over again for those considering construction/installation by yourself.
