Overall the set is great, the only major complaint is the quality controls over the hardware. Many of the "t-nuts" and "nut barrels" had too much coating on the threads which made it impossible to use without cleaning them out first. I was forced to use my thread dies to chase the threads and clean out the coating. When putting together pay close attention to pilot hole locations saves a lot of time during assembly.

I’m currently going on 4 sessions of working on this set. the parts aren’t organized they come in 4 big boxes, the hardware comes in little bags that are poorly labeled so most of the time you’re guessing if you have the correct size screw. The quality of the wood is poor quality, extremely flexible which causes some questions about the integrity of the flooring. im sure it will look nice once I finish the last few steps. My son loves it but as a father I am sceptical. I will Probably end up adding wood to sturdy the structures and swing beam. And to add the instruction book can be very confusing at times. If I was the company I would review it and make it a little less confusing. Found myself going back 3-4 steps and redoing a step because another part wouldn’t fit the way they were originally

Great play set. Kids love it. be forewarned that putting the thing together is no small task. Parts lists are in each box. Would be nice if they were all in box 1 with the instructions. You will spend half of your time looking for parts and required hardware. If your play area is not dead flat (as in concrete) be prepared to do some digging to level it. A strong cordless drill is a must but 2 will save lots of time. If you give up easy stop now and hire someone to put it together. In fact if you can find someone in reasonable in your area to do it I recommend it. It is a very nice play set!

Shipping: Sam's gave me a bad tracking number to track my freight delivery that required special instructions. I had to spend an hour on the phone with ESTES to correct the problem myself, since Sams' Customer Service was useless. I'm a little mad because the price is now $500 cheaper than when I bought it. The set is made from fairly cheap wood, I am honestly a little concerned for the integrity but time will tell. I had to go get a few different pieces of lumber to mend pieces that split because of bad prefab or just didn't align due to the pre-drilled holes being misaligned.

This swing set was purchased for my 2 granddaughter. The swing set is relatively easy to assemble however lots of holes needed drilled and directions make it more confusing then need be and they are not clear as they are pictures and sometimes image is reversed. Definitely a three man two or three day job!! We got it on sale!! Excellent set for the price!! I would recommend it but be prepared for a long assembly process!!!

This playset is amazing. It was fairly easy to build for someone who is handy. The only complaint is that the initial delivery date and the actual delivery date were nowhere near the same. I highly recommend that you account for 3-4 days for setup and that you have an extra set of hands.

We bought this for Christmas but since it’s cold and snowy in SD they got it early! The girls were so excited!

We bought this at Christmas time and put it together over the last few weekends. Not hard to assemble, parts fit well, and everything is very sturdy.
