Flavorful with a bit of a spicy kick

Too bad I had to drive from Salina,Kansas to Wichita, Kansas too buy this.

Great flavor

This cheese had a great flavor with just the right amount of heat.

Spicy and smokey flavor

Love the creamy cheese and the pepper choice makes it my favorite hot cheese!

Slap my butt cheese!

Heavy on smoked chipotle flavor.  Don’t care for it.  If you like super Smokey flavor, this may be one for you.

Smokey

This cheese is spicy.  Hot snake spicy.  Melts great, perfect for enchiladas or quesadillas.  But I do warn you, there might be repercussions if you eat too much of this cheese.  Having said that, shred a little bit of this in your homemade mac and cheese and get crazy!  It is delicious.
