We love this member mark cheese but it has been moved our of our local store! Please bring back in Avondale,Arizona on Dysart. I only gave it four stars. We have to shop a different store when we need it.

This cheese is super great if you love cheese with a kick. I love spicy cheese, and this one has been the best so far. My boyfriend isn’t the biggest spicy eater, and even he loves it! So glad we found this!

Fair warning: I’m pregnant. This may seem dramatic to some because hormones, but it’s still true. This cheese is amazing. It would go well on burgers, nachos, chili, chicken, or a tasty a breakfast scramble. Mostly anything that you may enjoy smoky. I didn’t necessarily find it spicy. It was more like a warmth; like a cheesy hug. We had it on chicken with roasted red skinned potatoes, sweet peppers, and onions. I almost cried I was so happy with dinner. Literally. It was that good. It was an emotional day. You absolutely have to try it. It’s gonna be on the list every trip for us now.

Its a bit hotter than your average pepper jack cheese, its actually got a nice after burn to it. This was my first wheel of it and I have only eaten it all by itself, but my gears are turning thinking of all the things I can do with this cheese. And it wont be my last purchase of this I'm very sure.

Some of the best cheese I have ever had. I hope they bring it back.
