Man this cheese is crazy good! If there was a way to intravenously inject this stuff I probably would, for it’s that good. Good flavor and just warm enough with cracker and mustard. Give it a shot. If they stop selling this cheese, I will have withdrawals like an addict! Just joking around but it’s really good as I describe.

So very, very hot

This cheese is delicious but it is too hot for my mouth most of the time. I like to grate a couple of tablespoons of it and put it my scrambled eggs or more into my mac and cheese. Terrific flavor and not too hot that way. A little bit goes a long way.
