This cheese is the best if you enjoy spicy cheese. We use it in enchiladas and they just take the enchiladas to a whole new level of deliciousness.

Most hot pepper cheese is not hot but this one is on the hot spicy side. I am a "pepper belly" therefore it is just right for me. Grated it is great on tacos, salads, eggs, baked potatoes, and all types of Tex Mex food.

I have to travel 100 miles to get to a Sams Club and when I can make the trip, I have to get several wheels of this cheeze. Pretty darn good for a pepper jack.

This product is a great additive to many meals I prepare and I am very disappointed that it's not regularly available at Sam's Club. I really wish your buyers would include this item on the list. Please.
