I use it to make hot sausage cheese balls, best there is.

We live this stuff. It really does have a nice kick to it. Great in mexicsn, grilled cheese, mac n cheese, on top of chicken, baked potatoes.....

Good but not exceptional. I was expecting a lot hotter with the name “flaming.” Best as a melting cheese.

I like hot and this cheese is HOT. For me to say that it really is hot as I will say oh it's not hot and others will try then say OH yes it is.

Spicy and delicious! Cut it into slices for snacking, or shred it and top anything with some heat and cheesy goodness!

Incredible, but spicy cheese. I use this on my charcuterie board, as a garnish on my chili and other soups. Warning, it had a kick. Love Love Love

If you like hot, spicy cheese, this is it! It's not real hot, but has the best flavor! I hope they keep it instore. I just love it!

Delicious but gets hot (spicy) the more you eat. Could see use as a melted component in some dishes.
