Crab cakes are a treat for me. These are easy to prepare and taste great. I defrost the crab cakes overnight in the refrigerator and bake in on my Cuisinart griddler and thoroughly enjoy them without any add-ons. I like this brand better than the famous name brand.

I really wanted to like this as I love crab cakes and the reviews were good. However, the crab meat was "shredded" crab and I prefer jumbo lump crab meat. I also thought the taste was a bit off. Anyway, not a good purchase for me, but I do love a lot of the Members Mark products.
