I purchased this 3 days ago. Very excited, coming out of the oven they looked and smelled really good. My first bite, shells. Ok, this can happen every now and then when dealing with seafood, so tried a second bite, also shells. My daughter then looks up and says mom these have shells in them (she's 21). My son then walks in from another room and says the crab cakes have shells (he's 18). Every single bite that we attempted seemed to be full of shells to the point that they were inedible. 6 crab cakes for almost $16.00 of this Quality is Unacceptable. Will NEVER purchase these again. Please pass along to the Quality Dept.

I'm particular when it comes to crab cakes. Either they're nothing but All breading with very little crabmeat or they're imitation crab meat with little breading and no seasonings. These crab cakes are the bomb! They taste homemade with just the right amount of breading and seasonings. I can't get enough of these cause they're so delicious!

Very flavorful. No there aren't big pieces of crab, but there is plenty of crab throughout. I am surprised when people stated that they were a little expensive. Obviously they never ordered crab cakes in a decent restaurant. I made them in the air fryer and they turned out awesome. This was my first purchase and I will be sure to keep my freezer stocked with these.

I purchased these crab cakes earlier today and cooked then in my air fryer for 10mins. O. M. G!!! these cakes are super meaty, big and taste fresh to say the least. The price is little steep but, if purchased fresh crab meat in the store and making your own, you're going to spend about $15- same price as these. All in all, I will definitely purchase these babies again!

I took straight home to freezer in cold insulated bag with ice. I read instructions and baked as recommended. I Think manufacturers must have left This in heat too long before freezing. This product stank like rotted fish. Could NOT bear to bite & swallow because of foul odor. Will NEVER buy again. Deserves 0 ⭐. My first purchase of this product, have bought other brands that were good, thrown this one into trash & took outside. Stank up house baking. Horrible!

I purchased these about a month ago; defrosted them first before baking them in a toaster oven; turned out to perfection with a nicely browned crusting on the outside with a deliciously moist and soft inside. I would recommend this product; I ate only 1 per person so I was able to get 6 individual servings; most people would probably eat 2 each but they are still a generous portion as a single serving.

We bought these to try cause we like making crab cake with fresh crab meat. We first prepared these by frying. My wife and I hated them, even with an assortment of garnishes. The next week we try baking them. Same awful taste. Wouldn't waste my money on these again.

Nothing special to write home about, but after finding two pieces of plastic wrapping embedded in two different crab cakes, I wonder how much quality control goes into to processing. One 4? multicolored shred looked like it came from another package and the second piece was clear and looked like it came from a plastic bag. Otherwise crab cake was fine. But will not buy them again.

Bought this on our last trip to the store. Cooked up one last night and the flavor was alright for a frozen crab cake. Unfortunately, the crab cake was littered with shell pieces. For something priced so high for what little you get these should be flawless. Picking out gritty shell bits after every bite was not fun. Taking it back today for a refund and never buying again.
