No flavor

These are not Baby Carrots. They are fullsized Carrots that were probably blemished that were then peeled down to a smaller thinner size. They were not sweet and not as advertised.

These can hardly be called "rainbow" when 90% of them are ordinary orange carrots. They have been peeled (why?) to the point that they look like a bunch of sheared sheep. Loss of the peel means they're starting to spoil by the time you get them out of the store. They don't cook well and have little flavor.

A nice surprise. While the carrots flavor was slightly astringent after taste compared to most whole carrots that are sweet— it’s not very noticeable unless ate by itself. But we’ve enjoyed the ease of having them pre washed and peeled so it’s easy to throw into stews, salads or dip in hummus etc. We find ourselves using it more than our other carrots since they are prepped. Also they’ve kept well, I just kept them in the fridge bagged up and it’s been about three weeks.

Sweet and different than the usual orange carrots would buy again
