First time trying colored carrots. So Easter was a perfect time. I cut them in fours, sprayed olive oil (top and bottom of veggies) added spices on them and baked in the oven at 350 for 30 mins (I also had asparagus and med sized tomatoes) Perfect spring veggies!

First time buying. Really like these. I streamed them and they were very good. Why don't you try them in the oven also.

I like the fact that they are rainbow and they just taste better than canned carrots. I purchase these all the time, highly recommend.

Adds some color, tastes just like carrots. Makes a pretty Easter plate.

Eat them fresh cooked. They have there own sweetness doesn't need anything added. Steamed them and even the dog loved them.

Saw these in the store and they were so pretty! I roasted them and they tasted so good and were a very colorful dish also.

These didn't have a true, 'carrot' flavor. Instead, they were a little bitter. They are peeled, so outer area is a little dry. Will not buy again.

I love these little carrots. They easily become a tasty side dish once they are roasted. Very simple and quick.
