These are a tasty, different side dish. We paired ours with beef and mashed potatoes and it was a dinner table hit.

These carrots are very tasty. I've sautéed them, eaten them raw or roasted. They're perfect with a pot roast or in a salad.

I love the size and variety of colors. They are tender and easy to eat just for a snack. And they are good for your health.

I used these for mixed roasted vegetable and they did not stand out the way I expected them to. They were not especially sweet or tasty.

Sweet Rainbow Carrots are really good. I just pan saute with butter, Salt and Pepper. On occasion I throw in cherry tomatoes. Really Good.
