Works great

The brass part where the garden hose screws into leaks. The rubber seal looks iffy. I tried another hose but knew that wasn't the problem. So I guess I need to replace the fitting that screws into the pump. Can I get a replacement hose connection that screws into the pump? OR is it a pump assembly? I hate to take it back for a refund for this.

I bought this at Sam's yesterday because my 20+year old commercial units triplex pump gave up the ghost in the middle of a job. I couldn't get a rebuild kit for the pump, and a replacement pump is on order (two weeks delivery time) for about $70 more than I paid for the entire 3400 PSI Simpson complete and ready to go. I was hesitant as I've always had triplex plunger pump units, and this is an axial pump. The only difference is that an axial pump won't last as long as a triplex. The price was right. I figured If I get one season out of it, it paid for itself. If I get two out of it, I'm way ahead of the game. If it lasts longer than that, I'll be ecstatic. As far as performance out of the box it was on par with my old $1000+ washer. This pressure washer exceeded my expectations. Even though it doesn't have the same GPM as my old 3200 psi unit it is standing in for, the wand and hose aren't near as heavy duty, but that is irrelevant. The Simpson motored through about 6 hours continuous use without a hiccup. The unit was packaged well. Assembly was a snap. Fired up on second pull. I didn't need to adjust anything. Just fire it up and go.

First time trying it the suction for the soap didn't work, the handle trigger stop didn't work so the only way to stop the spray was to shut the machine down. And the pressure would at times go from full to half and stay there. The engine worked fine but the rest of the design is terrible. I'll be returning this and getting something else wasted the whole day.

Very powerful, easy to start. Has a high pressure hose that is rigid and difficult to flex.

After it idles down sometimes it doesn't want to pick back up again

used 2 times and it quit working . Wont start. Replaced sparkplug, didn't help. Very disappointed.

Expensive JUNK ! Right from the box engine smoked like CRAZY and Pump would NOT work

Melts the right tire due to the exhaust facing right above it. Other than that have used the machine 4 times and works great. Running it with a fuel stabilizer and it starts everytime.
