I am 73 years old and have had several pressure washers over time. This 3400 psi pressure washer with the Kohler engine is the best running and well made one I have ever owned. I had an issue with the gun not cutting off with the low detergent nozzle. Sam Simpson sent me a new one in two days. Will try the new gun out on my garage later. I am sure I will get the same response as the unit is under a three year warranty.

There are two tools that every owner in the South needs - 1) A leaf blower, and 2) A pressure washer. This is my third and I can tell you that more power is better. I upgraded from a 2,500 psi machine and the difference is breathtaking. My driveway and sidewalks are no longer mildew covered slip and slides. At 3,400 psi this machine cleans extremely fast. It is easy to move around on the cart with pneumatic tires. The nozzle selection is helpful for adjusting the power based on the job at hand (i.e. don't use the highest pressure nozzle on wood). With a surface washer attachment this unit makes quick work of concrete.

Simpson was not a name I was familiar with but glad Sam's offered this power washer. Reading other reviews gave me the confidence to purchase this model. Glad I did. It's easy to assemble, easy to start and VERY powerful. I personally like the compact design that takes up little garage space for storage. I've used it several times and I'm impressed with its performance.

This is an upgrade to an older Simpson we had (the pump seized after we stored the unit). The hose connector is easy to reach (an improvement) and it starts easily. Our unit had parts missing when it arrived but customer service was great and shipped them out right away. I do not like the hose design, it is very stiff and hard to uncoil. The storage strip (velcro) works well. The handle on our old Simpson was better, it had a cradle for the spray wand. The last two issues are the reason for 4 stars.

This product is an great experience, it really dose a good job for me and with this product I can't do no wrong

Great machine, plenty of power, does exactly what I expected and wanted. Great nozzles all with different configurations. Nothing is lacking in the washer

Would give it a 5 if the gun didn't break on my second use. The good news is that Simpson has great customer service and is sending me a replacement. The bad news is, is that they said the gun is back-ordered from the manufacturer. "Maybe" ship in 3 weeks??? I've only owned it for 3 weeks!

Heavy Duty - 2 uses so far and works well; I am not sure why but even other reviews stated the tires must heat up and melt, because they leave tracks on the surface. I had to move the unit and wash where it was because of the tire marks. I suppose I could get a rubber may for the tires or even rubberband some towels over them - like booties for your shoes in a home..

Got this on end of season sale. Very good buy but even at full price it's a good deal. Easy to assemble and easy to operate. It's important to turn on the water prior to starting the unit, run the fuel out of the carb when finished, and fully drain the hose and pump. Fortunately this unit makes all of that very easy. I also use ethanol free fuel in all my small engines and since that change, I've had no issues. Performance of this pressure washer is very good, lots of power. If you need less pressure, just lower the throttle. Lastly, it is very easy to roll around, just lift on the handle and pull it wherever you need it.

Used this machine for 2 days to power wash my cedar fence. Started easily, good instruction manual, performed well! I chose it primarily because it was made in USA and was glad to find it. We look forward to using it around the house, cars, trailer...
