The playset itself is awesome ! My 6 and 4 year olds absolutely love it. I’d say the swings area is kind of small, the swings are a bit close together. You definitely can’t have all 3 being used at once without danger of someone hitting the other. Also, delivery was Not As expected. Everything I read everywhere said delivery would need to be signed for - that they’d call to schedule delivery. None of that happened. It showed up on our driveway one day with zero notice and no signatures. Just letting others know this may happen, expire all other info stating otherwise. Also, we ordered with installation, but after nearly 3 weeks waiting for date of install (and zero information from the install company, desire daily attempts at reaching out), we cancelled due to lack of communication. So we hired a local installer who came out that week - took 2 ppl about 2 full days to complete. The twisty slide alone took 3 hours. I recommend hiring someone and not attempting this unless you’re a pro, or have all the necessary tools, and strength. Overall We love the new set, just wish the delivery & install process went more smoothly, esp for the price we paid!

Looks amazing in our backyard! Kids love it and its become a centerpiece for many family gatherings where all of the cousins play. Only issues: We had to rip almost 1 slat in every wall because the wood either wasnt perfectly milled or expanded, thus if we needed to fit 10 slats for a wall, the 10th would not fit. Sometimes we had to take off 1/4 to 1/2" The plans in paper also differed slightly from the plans on the app - mainly in how many places we needed to anchor it down. It appears that we were missing a couple of the ground stakes (the twisting ones) but still, its VERY secure. Might email to get a few more of them but honestly, there would be no way to get them into the ground under the main structure without lifting it an they wanted us to do that last.

Bought this for my granddaughters to enjoy at my house. It took my father (a retired engineer) & two of my three sons 3 full days to put this together. The granddaughters are thrilled!! I love that they love it. Suggestions from the guys: DEFINITELY download & print out the instructions (106 pages) plus another 32 for the twirly slide. They put them in a binder to make it easier to follow the directions. DO NOT take the wood out of the boxes, organize the pieces in each box instead (keeps things neater & the search easier) Leave the hardware organized in its packages (there is ALOT of hardware!!) They built the roofs on a flat surface then lifted the completed pieces to the top of the tower. Lots of clamps were very helpful in holding pieces in place while leveling or securing as needed. We are going to modify the base of the tower with one more board to make a deeper sandbox. Because there is much to be learned about life by making castles decorated with sticks & leaves for dinosaurs. I love that the girls love it & that the entire family had a part in it. Coming to Gigi’s is always supposed to a place where the love is unmatched & the fun is magical.

while the construction is doable for novices willing to spend 4 eight hour days putting it together, it is extremely difficult. every screw, bracket, and piece of wood was supplied. nothing was missing, which was really great as we had read many reviews where people had to wait for delivery of missing parts. we are conscientious and able to follow complex diagrams but found several mysterious instances of holes not lining up - until we realized that despite our attention to all details we had installed a piece in the wrong orientation. this resulted in several frustrating episodes of deconstruction of a segment just to switch a piece from up to down or side to side. additionally, there are several areas where the instructions did not inform to leave spaces between wood slats on the platforms, so we ended up with a larger gap at one end. while the product is made of cedar, it is of poor quality. the wood splints easily and pieces could easily be snapped in half if your not careful. even while being extremely careful to line things up correctly, many times the screws split the wood. the color chips off easily and i can't imagine how long the finish is going to last with the usual use the playground is expected to have. all the above being said, at this point i would still say it is worth getting. when weighing what we're capable of building ourselves, calculating the cost, time, and concern that whatever i build should be child safe (the kids play under the playground, too!) this purchase from Sam's Club was a great deal and we are happy we bought it.

This takes a lot longer to put together than it states. You spend 8+ hours sorting hundreds of pieces of wood before even putting anything together. We also have dozens on micro splinters (annoying to an adult, but unbearable to little kids). All in all, my son loves it, but i would go a different route next time

It was intense to put together with about two full days with 4 adults and random evenings just two adults. Took about 2 1/2 weeks but it came out really great. I would just say to really pay attention to orientation of the boards. That definitely bit us later on.

From my experience, pictures often look better than the product in person, but this was not the case with this playset. I can honestly say that the online pictures were a true representation of this product, actually even think it looked better in person. The assembly is time consuming, but for the most part the instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow. It took 2 somewhat experienced handymen 2 full days to assemble the playset, and another 4 hours or so to assemble the tube slide. I would highly recommend taking the time in the beginning to sort the wood and hardware. Took us about 2-3 hours to do this, but was well worth the upfront effort. My kids love their new playset, as do many of the neighborhood children. This playset was half the price if not less than other similar items at other retailers. Too early to know how durable it is, but if it does in fact withstand the test of time, I would say that this was an awesome investment!

My grandson loves the skyfort. It takes a long time to build though because of all the parts.

This is a great playset. Our 3 year old loves it. Assembly: Took me and a friend (who has experience in construction) 2 full days. We started by laying out the first box on the driveway, then figured it would be best to just dig what we need from the boxes for each step. That took a while, we so we ask my wife and older kids to help separate all the boards and put post it notes on them. This was a huge help. Be ready for the tube slide assembly to be a kicker. Took us about 2 hours by itself. Overall, I think this is a good product and I am glad I decided to assemble myself (and not pay $1,000 for that service). However, I may be thinking otherwise if I had been doing it myself.

Wow! I love this set! The app they have to walk you through setup made it super easy to understand and make sure we got it together correctly. Everything was very clearly marked and, once sorted, easy to find. My son and my niece have been enjoying playing on it already the past few days as I finish up the last few steps.
