If you're looking for a quality playset at a great price, look no further! Seriously, you will not find any pre-built sets that are better for the price that they charge. Their customer service to include their delivery personnel is excellent as well.

The swing set is made with good quality materials but it is a beast to assemble yourself. It took 2-4 people about 20 hours total time to erect and we have the tools and experience of professional construction crew in the family. Can’t imagine the “average joe” dad trying to put this together.

decent quality. takes multiple days to put together. we weren’t missing any parts, however we find the swings to be very close together ,to the tower and can’t go very high so we will keep our other swings for this reason. kids love the slides and climbing wall. over all good price and purchase.

Overall the playset itself met most of our expectations. Delivery was as described and arrived in a timely manner. No parts were missing or broken which we were happy about. We’d paid for assembly, which ended up being a pain. It took over a week after delivery before we even received an estimated assembly date. Once we finally got a date, it was 4 weeks out. Then due to rain, that got pushed out another week. That was unacceptable for us, so we ended up cancelling the service and assembling ourselves. This took 3-4 full days with 2-3 people. My kids love it now that it’s finished. The tube slide is a big hit. My only complaint is the swings are closer together than anticipated. Close family have a similar set from this company and the swings are more spacious.

Looks amazing in our backyard! Kids love it and its become a centerpiece for many family gatherings where all of the cousins play. Only issues: We had to rip almost 1 slat in every wall because the wood either wasnt perfectly milled or expanded, thus if we needed to fit 10 slats for a wall, the 10th would not fit. Sometimes we had to take off 1/4 to 1/2" The plans in paper also differed slightly from the plans on the app - mainly in how many places we needed to anchor it down. It appears that we were missing a couple of the ground stakes (the twisting ones) but still, its VERY secure. Might email to get a few more of them but honestly, there would be no way to get them into the ground under the main structure without lifting it an they wanted us to do that last.

This assembly is not for the faint of heart! I think there were 305 total steps. Assembly mentions 23 hours for 2 people to complete. Ours took 1 person about 28 hours. Instructions were very clear and the quality is great! We are very happy with our purchase.

I read many mixed reviews about assembly when I bought this play set, for that reason I wanted to come back and note that assembly took about 30 hours for my dad. He does repair and DIY work on his own homes but he's never worked in construction or a similar trade. He enjoys wood work so no complaints from him during assembly. Others reported 50 man hours needing to hire a professional to assemble the set so just FYI that wasn't necessary for us. As far as quality goes, I wish it was a little more durable. It leans and creaks with just one kid swinging on it and the pieces that fence in the crows nest and sandbox platform are easy to knock off. I would expect this after a year or 2 with wear and tear but all of these things started happening within 30 days of putting it up. It's still standing and will be used for many years so not a complete bust BUT if I could do it all over, I'd skip this purchase.

The prefilled holes for the screws do not match up to where you need to. The slide was broken. The window didn't fit. Way too many issues. We had to make our own holes and make modifications to make everything work. Instructions are hard to understand. Can't return back to the store and it's a hassle to return to the company so that's why we made our own modifications to make this work.
