The swing set is made with good quality materials but it is a beast to assemble yourself. It took 2-4 people about 20 hours total time to erect and we have the tools and experience of professional construction crew in the family. Can’t imagine the “average joe” dad trying to put this together.

decent quality. takes multiple days to put together. we weren’t missing any parts, however we find the swings to be very close together ,to the tower and can’t go very high so we will keep our other swings for this reason. kids love the slides and climbing wall. over all good price and purchase.

This is a really great play set! My son is absolutely in love with it along with all the neighbor kids from 3 to 9. Definitely worth the extra money. It does take lots, and lots of time to put together, so be prepared. It took us a total of 19 hours altogether. We’ve had it for a few week now, and one negative thing so far is that the steps to the ladder are already falling apart. We will end up having to replace a couple of those boards by the end of summer, unfortunately. Otherwise this has been a loved backyard toy so far.

The build ended up nice in the end but it’s a sun-up to sun-down multiple-day ordeal. Be ready to make adjustments to the instructions as there will be multiple instances where things will not fit and need to be modified. Charge up those drill batteries! Great playset! Worked on it here and there over about a 2 week period. Had a second person help for certain sections (the roof, holding boards up etc) and my older daughter finding and handing me boards and bolts certainly sped things along. We did have to modify 3 boards by shaving off a very small sliver in order to fit (very tight floorboards). I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful and the missing part was shipped promptly. I plan on adding an additional small board for the picnic table section as it is a bit wide and narrow and I'm concerned that over time it will start to bow. Overall a great playset I purchased this for my 3 1/2 year old and she can climb up the rock wall and use all the features without assistance.

Bought for our daughters first birthday. Will take her a few years to grow into it. We will get a lot of years out of this. Good quality. Instructions are easy to follow. Must stay organized during building process. Shipping was as predicted. Minor cosmetic defects in a few pieces of wood, none of which effect structure. To be expected with quantity of wood this comes with.

The playset itself is awesome ! My 6 and 4 year olds absolutely love it. I’d say the swings area is kind of small, the swings are a bit close together. You definitely can’t have all 3 being used at once without danger of someone hitting the other. Also, delivery was Not As expected. Everything I read everywhere said delivery would need to be signed for - that they’d call to schedule delivery. None of that happened. It showed up on our driveway one day with zero notice and no signatures. Just letting others know this may happen, expire all other info stating otherwise. Also, we ordered with installation, but after nearly 3 weeks waiting for date of install (and zero information from the install company, desire daily attempts at reaching out), we cancelled due to lack of communication. So we hired a local installer who came out that week - took 2 ppl about 2 full days to complete. The twisty slide alone took 3 hours. I recommend hiring someone and not attempting this unless you’re a pro, or have all the necessary tools, and strength. Overall We love the new set, just wish the delivery & install process went more smoothly, esp for the price we paid!

This Playset took a while to put together but my husband was very impressed with the detail of the instructions. He had no problems putting it together but you have to pay attention to the instructions. The tube slide was not hard to assemble but sometimes awkward and took him about 4 hours. The crows nest is tight to get into but our 6 year old granddaughter loves it.

If you're looking for a quality playset at a great price, look no further! Seriously, you will not find any pre-built sets that are better for the price that they charge. Their customer service to include their delivery personnel is excellent as well.

Grandkids and friends are having a great time. It is a fun little playset, the quality is alright - we had to make reinforcements and will take sealing the wood more than once a year to keep it decent. Also, if you have strong winds like we do, you'll need to make sure it is secure in the ground. The anchors provided won't hold up to our wind.
