I put together by myself over the weekend took two 8-hour days to get it done. I laid everything out on two tarps. Used the packing slip to find the parts needed for the step I was on. Daughter likes it.

We had a huge issue (weather related) while putting our swingset together and backyard discovery gave us amazing customer service. Highly recommend for that alone.

I’ve given this slow review based on the poor assembly service. The swingset was sitting in my driveway for over a month, partially assembled, then left for over six weeks. I’m still waiting on the job to be done.

I read many mixed reviews about assembly when I bought this play set, for that reason I wanted to come back and note that assembly took about 30 hours for my dad. He does repair and DIY work on his own homes but he’s never worked in construction or a similar trade. He enjoys wood work so no complaints from him during assembly. Others reported 50 man hours needing to hire a professional to assemble the set so just FYI that wasn’t necessary for us. As far as quality goes, I wish it was a little more durable. It leans and creaks with just one kid swinging on it and the pieces that fence in the crows nest and sandbox platform are easy to knock off. I would expect this after a year or 2 with wear and tear but all of these things started happening within 30 days of putting it up. It’s still standing and will be used for many years so not a complete bust BUT if I could do it all over, I’d skip this purchase.
