We are SO happy with this swing set! My kids can’t get off of it. This is perfect for my 6 and 4 year old. The only issue we had was during putting it together, some holes did not align perfectly but we made it work.

Poor instructions, shaky construction and overall poor quality. Prior playsets I've assembled have been metal and after this experience all future ones will be.

We bought this set around late November of last year. The assembly was challenging but expected after reading other reviews. The disappointment we have run into is just how unstable this set feels. Most pieces have been thinned to the extreme and a lot of the larger support pieces are already heavily split. We have a two year old. Just swinging her in the middle slot is enough to see the main structure starting to torque. I’ve had to tell the neighbors 8 year old to come down from it after the structure was visibly moving while they were shifting around in the second story. This set simply needs either more, better placed, or stronger supports to stiffen the structure. We have already double checked all of the fasteners and bolts and screws to ensure everything was properly tightened and assembled. It’s unfortunate because the kiddo really does love the set. It is just nerve wracking every time she wants to play in it and her little 20 something pounds is enough to cause some shifts.

This swing set is nice and big but the wood pieces were very dry, pieces were broken in half and cracked. Some of pieces were also not cut properly which made it harder to assemble other pieces together. Instructions also need to be a little clearer.

Be organized! Lay out all parts in driveway and write with chalk next to them A,B,C, ext. use a pop up table for all bolts and screws and organize by #. Took us Saturday 10 hours with 3 people and Sunday 10 hours with 3 people. My father is in construction and great at what he does. We are handy. This is a beast but well with it!! Great set and we are SO HAPPY!!

This playground has a lot of festures for the price ($2k). I built it myself and only needed a second person on a few steps. The instructions are fairly clear and laid out in an organized way. Theres an app available but didnt need it, the paper booklet was enough. As others have said, organizing the wood and screws first is critical. Theres way too many pieces. Another suggestion is to widen the pilot holes for the screw-in bolts. After stripping 3 of them, widening the holes helped a lot. 3/16 or so is enough. Really excited for my kids to get out there and play!

1. Missing numerous parts/hardware...15 to be exact. 2. Pain in the backside to put together. 3. Not weatherproofed or sealed... was told by the factory to put a coat of sealant on all parts. 4. You're gonna have to drill some holes because not all predrilled holes are where they should be. 5. 6 boxes total with all parts sporadically placed throughout. There is no rhyme or reason to packaging. The 1st step requires you to open 4 of the boxes for literally 5 different parts. 6. You have to inventory all parts up front because I can almost guarantee ypu are missing some and they will have to be shipped from the factory. 7. Would NOT recommend or purchase again!

Way too hard to put together, there should of been an option for delivery and assembly.
