Hi Rudey, Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung TU7000 TV and your experience with the remote. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.
