Bad sound

Dead after almost 2 years. Sound was never good! Picture was fine. Warranty, not so good. Waiting to see what happens next! So far , nothing

Slow

we are disappointed at the slowness of this t.v. when you press a button or setting, there is too long of a pause before it performs the function.

To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary. Bought this month for me. I watch a lot of tv so having the bigger screen is great. I had an old big box tv 32”. Big difference. Love it
