Love this tv!

Tv is fantastic but the remote is terrible. It is unlit with very small keys and rarely changes channels with the first press.

Very Disappointed

i have had my tv for less than 2 years and it wont power on. i have bought very unexpensive tv and 5 years later no issues.

Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care For instructions on self-diagnosis tools, please visit: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/ You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds. Wont even turn on

i bought this tv yesterday, handled it gently and had a buddy help set it up. i plugged it in the wall and nothing happened

Louis Dennings: I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues turning your TV on. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: 1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. 2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black.
