Tv not easy to use with apps

product very disappointing. not easy to use apps. just added another comcast box. there is nothing smart about this tv

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Bought this to replace 12 year old plasma 720 p. WOW amazing pictures quality & was 200 dollars cheaper than I paid for the plasma.
