Terrible response

I've had this tv for a while now, it the the slowest, buggiest most unreliable tv I've ever imagined owning. I'll never buy another Samsung product after dealing with this tv.

I love it!

I don't understand the bad reviews I just read. My 65" Samsung is simply the best! Beautiful pictures and all the apps are awesome! Price was right on. I am very happy with my new TV and the Samsung sound bar with subwoofer;)

This is a good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming and gaming. I enjoy it what I use it for. I bought it since it's price was not too high for the features. The only thing I would change is the user interface. I feel as though that could be improved and simplified.

lemon

broke after 1 month. tv turns on and off by itself, apps are very buggy and stop working mid show. technician is coming in a few days and i'm hoping it will be fixed or replaced. i have a 32 inch samsung bought in 2020 and it works great, so very bummed this 50 inch is such a lemon.

Best picture I've seen yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming movies online mostly so sometimes the quality of the stream isn't all that great but the amazing picture quality of the TV makes up for it. The refresh rate is very noticeable when playing video games

AMAZING TV with many features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this TV for over a month, I finally wanted to share my input on how I feel about it. Upfront, I have to say this is a GREAT TV which has given me no problems at all. The display on the screen is super colorful, HD, and just makes everything look more vivid. There's a large number of features available and you can download many apps. The TV is easy to work around and there is no lag or glitches, which can often be an issue with a smart TV. However, this TV doesn't lag at all which I always put as a top priority with any device. I also play video games with this TV and I'm very content with its game mode which makes video processing better. Overall, this TV is great for anyone since it supports so many apps and you can watch anything. It also doesn't weight too much so it wasn;t very difficult to put up.

I love Samsung T.V.s, except....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this model, which is my 4th Samsung t.v. in my home. Everything is great, except the remote is from the 90s. All my other Samsung t.v. have the sleek, slimline, 7 button/2 toggle switch remote. I am extremely disappointed having to use a 100 button (exaggerated, but not) remote on my newest t.v. I also purchased the recommended sound bar and love it too.

Feels like a movie screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this TV two years ago, I was pleasantly surprised with what I bought. This is easily one of the best electronic purchases I ever made. It was definitely an upgrade from the previous television I had. Not only does the TV feel like a movie screen, it comes with a variety of streaming apps to download. I have no complaints with my TV. As a matter of fact, I never had any issues with Samsung appliances or electronics.

Mixed

mixed feelings. picture is great. i set it up and all was good. about 1 week later it recognized there was a device on hdmi-1 but didnt know what it was. it was my spectrum cisco 8742hdc cable box. so couldnt control cable box with samsung remote. tried everything but no luck. even when i manually told it the make and model it couldnt control it. so now i have to use two controllers. shouldnt have to do that with a “smart” tv.

James: You can control your connected devices using your TV remote. Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI, and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote. Go to: Source > Universal Remote.
