I am very, very pleased with my recent purchase of this t.v.-The picture quality is awesome, as are all the features this product offers. Overall I highly recommend this Samsung t.v. to anyone !!!

while the viewing quality is excellent, i find the menu navigation to be awful. half the time i have no idea what option i have selected. the icons for the menu are painful. might help to simplify the remote similar to what roku has done.

We bought this over a month ago after having some setup issues and excellent help from their help group things are working great , big upgrade from previous TV

The screen is so dark, it makes many shows unwatchable. We have tried all of the online advice -- nothing has helped significantly. Very disappointed.
