[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV upgrades less than perfect pictures and makes them look better. Their are cheaper TVs but they don't come close to this ones picture or sound quality.

Bought on boxing day. 1st unit lasted 1 day and lost picture. Samsung customer service was excellent this unit has been great features are all we need

We bought this TV 6 months ago, and it has performed pretty well. The only thing is that sometimes there is no sound! Sometimes we can turn it off and back on after 15 seconds or so and it will fix it. But not always.
