Dissappointing Picture quality

picture is too dark no matter what setting you choose and remote control buttons are too close for use with the feel of your fingers only,need reading glasses to use but then again that is my problem..was expecting a better picture.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, try adjusting the following settings You can try Dynamic Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Go to Home> Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness You may also want to adjust the Contrast, Sharpness, Color, or Tint (G/R) in the Expert Settings. We also recommend that you adjust the settings of your Power Saving Mode. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. I hope this helps to solve your issue. Great everything!

freakin love it! no lag for games with the game setting turned on, fantastic color, and no hestitation on its part when turning on or off! with all this and more at a fair price i couldn't be happier! also great sound!

Annoyed feature or defect

Unfortunately this new tv loses its sound periodically. I have to turn it off and wait a few minutes Usually when I turn it back on the sound will work for awhile. This is very annoying Otherwise I am pleased with the size and the pictures
