Terrible HDR settings

I have a lot of problems with the HDR watching Netflix or Disney+, it doesn't work and the TV look horrible (so dark). I hope that you could fix this kind of problem with new updates.

Hi Gonzalo, thanks for writing in. Does the TV show the "HDR" logo on the source when you press the home button? The set should notify you when HDR information is being received by the set. Secondly, what picture mode did you select say, "Movie", or "Natural" etc. These have an important part in customizing the image to your taste. Wow. The picture is amazing

I bought this TU 7000 a month ago and I thought it might be too big but it is the best investment I've made. Tv watching now is like being at the movies. The 4K picture is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this Tv to all my friends.
