picture is great, sound is so much better in quality than a recent sony purchase, that we didnt feel we needed the soundbar we had purchased with it. love the channels you get for free, too! extremely happy with the purchase.

I hate the remote control. Way too many buttons & buttons are extremely small. The TV is very difficult to navigate. No user friendly. Very dissatisfied
