Do yoi really own it?

way too msny preinstalled apps. even better, you cant uninstall them. if it werent for the numerous apps i cant get rid of i would giive this tv 4, maybe even 5 stars.

Best tv I've ever owned!

I've owned my Samsung tv for 2 years now and I am very happy with it. I only had one disappointment, it isn't compatible with my Apple HomePod. But I still give it 5 stars, best tv I've ever owned.

Great Sound and Display but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great sound and display, but it tends to freeze when switching apps and the IR response is also slow to process. I'm usually 10ft max away from the screen. This shouldn't happen

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV.
