Not enough closed captions or subtitles especially all of the music video channels; NO captions or subtitles I hope they'll add subtitle/CC features in these channels ASAP! Otherwise its unsuitable for Deaf or Hard of Hearing people unfortunately

disappointed that my latest samsung tv doesn't have a way to turn off the 120hz feature. it's normally under expert settings, but on this 43"... nothing.

I bought this smart TV last summer and I'm loving it. Great features and high resolution, downside is that there's no CBC gem app in the Samsung online store to watch shows and live TV.
