has this tv for a couple years now, alexa worked for a while and ever since a few months ago all she says is "TV doesnt support that" not sure what i did but i cant get it to work anymore

Not Happy with how the features are working especially for a brand like Samsung and would like someone to call or email me because I can't get through to customer service.

I Buy this becouse price that's it. Update software and all working perfectly. 4K is 4K amazing quality. no problems for that price that much size its everything what i need colours are amazing. I Have cinema in home.
