kinda sad

Not enough closed captions or subtitles especially all of the music video channels; NO captions or subtitles I hope they'll add subtitle/CC features in these channels ASAP! Otherwise its unsuitable for Deaf or Hard of Hearing people unfortunately

Best TV ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the BEST TV I've ever owned. I get the best quality while watching movies in 4k. My favorite feature is the Game mode for when I'm playing my Playstation. I only use Samsung products.

Bad picture quality

i am not satisfied with the picture quality, side by side it is worst that my old samsung 48" led. i have tried to make it better, including help from your tel technical service but it seems it can not get better.

There are several settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings. Please see this guide for complete details: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00079295/ There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality for your viewing scenario. Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose: 1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. In addition, the image quality on your screen depends on the source and the connection. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth. We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. TV ALWAYS BROKE

this tv was bought in august. it was delivered 30 days later and has it been broke more than functioning. out of the time we have owned the tv it has worked for about 40 days. the screen is often black.

If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues. 1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Bought this like 2 yrs ago, great tv no problems except for the remote, the botton came off, tried putting back keeps falling off, now looking to buy maybe smart remote
