Not enough closed captions or subtitles especially all of the music video channels; NO captions or subtitles I hope they'll add subtitle/CC features in these channels ASAP! Otherwise its unsuitable for Deaf or Hard of Hearing people unfortunately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great Samsung purchase. However, pretty disappointed with initial service: remote has functioning problems and toggling between the apps in the SmartHub is slow and causes miss selection.

Bought this about a month ago and happy with my purchase except for the fact that we aren't able to pair it with our cable providers remote. Everything else works except for that and it's very frustrating.

I've had this tv for a couple of years, it was great until it started turning on and off all the time, it's moved to the basement until it goes to the dump.
