only negative so far is: everytime the tv is turned off for a few hours (overnight) it will not automatically reconnect to wifi. i have to reset by holding power button until it powers off and back on.

it has a great picture and the price was good too. the only complaint i have is the sound. you have to turn it way up, and it's not the best overall sound. otherwise i would recommend it.
