Then the second TV same model but newer one lasted 20 months, horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. So guess I won't be purchasing another Samsung TV. But they do have nice features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about 2 months ago. The price is great and the picture quality is fantastic for the price. I am loving the new Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The TV setup was incredibly easy through my Samsung Account on the Smarththings app. It was easy to connect with Airplay and Wireless connect to the Laptop. The built-in speakers produce really good audio quality as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The set-up was frustrating to even the online chat person. I kept getting caught up in loops in signing up for a Samsung Account. Many of the questions were too technical for my 60 year-old brain. For two hours it didn't recognize the model of my Roger's Cable box and then et viola, it clicked in. How that happened I have no idea. I was ready to return it the next day.

I bought this TV which has great sound in itself. I use it and stream videos from my Samsung phone which works flawlessly!! I also stream video calls from my Samsung fold that I prop up and use to talk on my TV. The picture and sound is excellent for the price. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this product. The video quality is amazing, and looks even better in game mode! I love the the sensory lighting adjustments. Makes it so you get perfect picture. The user interface is easy to navigate. Only thing that is lacking for me is the sound when watching tv comes through low so volume has to be at a higher setting, but a sound bar would be an easy fix. In game mode sound quality come through louder and allows for the player to get a decent gaming experience. Would definitely recommend this product. Great value for your money. Very easy setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so to start off I love the TV. It works very well for how I use it. We stream all the time and never have any problems with the feature. I also game on it regularly, PS4 and the picture is amazing especially with the HDR and automatic "game mode". I even occasionally screen mirror or screen view. All in all GREAT TV. I have just 2 problems.. 1. Trying to get Google Assistant hooked up with it is ridiculous. The options in menu do not match what troubleshooting says. Still haven't gotten it to work. 2. It needs a smart remote not the old style for previous models. It would be so much easier to do everything not nearly as many buttons or confusion. Other than that.."Hands down best TV I've had in a Long Time".

Also, I have a Samsung cell phone. I purchased a television as a replacement for a 32 inch television I had in my computer room. Before making this purchase I did read the reviews and I did look at YouTube videos reviewing the product as well. The set up of the TV was very easy. The picture quality is excellent. I really recommend anybody who's looking for a 4K television to seriously consider the Samsung brand. The sound quality is good. I did add a small sound bar to the television so I can have a more immersive sound. It adds to the experience if you want to watch a movie. It comes loaded with A lot of apps installed. You also have the option of adding apps that you don't see on your home bar. Another thing that I love about the TV is the Internet channels that you can access free of charge. Overall is excellent television.

Mostly used to movies because am the indoor type and I wanted a TV that will give me a clear view. Samsung as always been my best brand from beginning and the fact that I can control the TV with my phone is the best
