TV is Slow

i love the tv, the picture, the sound, it's all great! but the tv js just really slow. i'm not too sure if i just got a bad one of the batch, but it really is so slow. my brother has the same tv, which is why i got it, and his works completely fine.

Please be sure your TV is up to date with the most recent firmware as this includes various performance updates. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update and easily update from there. You may also want to further optimize performance and address this issue with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Eco settings not accessible

cannot change default display settings to stop it from becoming dim. have to go back to remote to reset picture settings back to ‘natural' setting. there is no eco setting to turn off. very frustrating.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback on the TU7000 TV regarding Eco Mode. You can turn off Eco Mode by going to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode and disabling it. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can manually select Minimum Brightness to adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Also, please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update. Many options

the picture is so crisp and diminsional. its like looking right it in real life. i use bunny ears for reception. this tv gives more free channel options to watch. plus the free wifi tv apps managed by one remote.

Awesome TV… but

didn't transform everything into 4k. however, if you have a native 4k content that will be sufficient to have an excellent experience. the remote is not what i imagined. not voice control. for the price is a great tv
