This is a GREAT smart TV

The best gift.

Perfect size for a large bedroom

my bedroom is over 17 feet long and the old 50” i had was just too small. this tv also has great picture quality and doesn't make the room too bright at night like some tvs do.

Quality and capability of TV.

Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings I am very sorry to hear that one of your apps is not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.
