Great picture quality

great picture quality, i would have given this product 5 stars but the remote buttons are too close together and it is a process in itself to set a sleep timer as there is no button and you have to go through the menu settings. but it is quite lightweight considering its size and the samsung plus tv makes it easier to cut the cable cord.

Amazing quality Television

This product is top line for Smart TV

Love the features and easy connection to all apps!

New TV - Broken feature right out of the box

i purchased this 65" class tu7000 crystal uhd 4k smart tv in november 2021. right out of the box it had a broken hdmi arc port/jack. the tv only comes with two hdmi ports to begin with. so, i was able to hook up cable to hdmi 1 however now i can't use the hdmi arc port for hooking up a sound bar, for example. then, the tv's bluetooth search feature doesn't seem to be working, or isn't compatible, even though the soundbar is also a samsung unit. so, features in addition to the regular tv function - not so good.

Great TV! Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV with an easy set up! Amazing sound and picture quality for the price. The problem i had was I didn't have internet at the time of purchasing the TV and it needs an update right out of the box and that makes the TV run 3X better! Also the auto light color correction had some problems so I just turned that feature off and no more problems.

Great Picture, but that's about it

Color and view is incredible. The wireless connectivity is where this TV severely lacks. I have 3 Onn brand TVs in my house and they have 0 issues but this Samsung TV is a constant battle to keep it connected to any app. Severely disappointed considering the price and brand.

Hi SmithFamily, I'm glad you reached out to let us know about the issues you are experiencing with the connectivity on your Samsung TU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps that may resolve the problem. 1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the Settings button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally. 6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this does not correct the issue, I also recommend trying these steps: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router If you continue to have issues, please know we are here to help. Better than I hoped for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is absolutely great. I bought it at a great price and was impressed by the upgrade to 4k was on a Samsung tv. I do wish the menu was a little easier to navigate, however there is no lag or delay when switching between apps or inputs. I would definitely buy this tv again.

Decent picture with known defect in the remote

this television has a decent picture for the money but there is a known issue with the remote. after about 10-12 days the remote stops working as a universal remote and cannot be updated or fixed. the remote stops working with the cable box. you are then forced to use 2 remotes to operate the television. samsung is unable to remedy this issue. very unfortunate.
