Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it mainly for streaming and it's smart features are amazing. I don't need to buy a steaming box and the built-in smart features are great. It goes very well with my Samsung phone and screen mirroring and other stuff is great on this TV. It is absolutely great for gaming and it comes optimized for Gaming. Love this TV.

Beautiful image buggy software

Qualified winner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a younger adult my favorite thing about the Crystal UHD was the quality of the resolution, with a picture so clear not even my dreams could catch up. My younger sister loves the convenience of smart having a smart tv and she zooms right through the applications. My mother on the other hand loves how sleek it looks in her room. Over all, we love how amazing this tv is and it works for all of us! Thanks guys!

Display and sound great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture looks outstanding and impress how loud it is compared to previous Samsung TV i had. However, within the first 30 days starting having power issues in which the TV won't turn on. What surprised me as well is that the TV does not have a power button on tv, so when tv would not turn on with either cable remote or Samsung remote, I had to unplug the the TV from power source for tv to turn on. I already had to do this at least 5 times! Not happy with this since I purchased as a replacement Samsung because of power issues.

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. 58” Samsung tv loop problem

I bought this tv just overall a year ago. It ran into the typical Samsung start up and shut down loop problem. Called Samsung but the warranty was out and got no help at all. I'm now out 1000$ and back to my old Sony tv. I'm not a person that complains a lot but I'll never buy another Samsung product after getting ripped on the 58” tv. I've done a lot of research on Samsung tv's since and I realize I made a bad choice. I should have bought another Sony.

This product has great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact that the Smart TV comes equipped with my streaming devices. I can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime right on my TV instead of my cell phone or tablet. The only issue is that it is not very compatible with my current soundbar. The sound is not as clear through the soundbar as it is from the TV.

Great TV for the price

I do cover it when not in use and when there is a storm and haven't had any issues so far. It connects easily to our network and gives us a second living room. Couldn't be happier.

Life like picture quality and color

It has life like quality picture and color. The sound from the TV itself is sufficient for the bedroom without adding external sound. Quality product at a reasonable price.

Really Good TV

Keyboard is a little difficult and there can be a little lag time between pressing buttons and the cursor moving. It's a great affordable option for a high quality tv that is not breaking the bank.
