Samsung Crystal TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy Samsung's tvs they're always high quality and have an ecosystem of products that can share features with the TV. The image quality is clear and colors bloom brightly when I watch Netflix or play on my xbox. The sound quality surprised me when I first used the TV speakers, it sounds great rivaling even some high quality sound boards. The crystal TV is overall a great TV with crystal clear picture😉 and crisp audio that I don't even need to buy a separate audio system. My only major complaint is the menu. I'm not sure if it's only me but the menu is soooo slow. I press to move to another app and it takes a solid 5 to 6 seconds for it to respond and even slower when first turning it on for the day. I checked the storage and it only has like 47 megabytes out of 2 gb left of free space. Most apps you cannot delete to free up space and that's my only guess to why it's so slow and unresponsive like cold starting an old Ford in the dead of winter. If they could address that issue I would leave a higher rating. Otherwise this is a great TV especially for families.

Disappointing, Dark Scenes are Too Dark

This is the first Samsung product that I am disappointed with. Like others have reported, the dark scenes are too dark to view. I have the brightess set to the max, and I turned off the automatic brightness adjustment based on the room's ambient light level. Unfortunately, the TV still attempts to adjust the brightness for dark scenes. You can easily see the TV adjusting the brighness (actually making it darker) when the screen quickly transitions from a bright to dark scene. Based on reading previous reviews, this problem has been reported for over three years. The TV has the latest firmware installed, so it is clear that Samsung is unwilling to fix this issue.

Amazing picture

Great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is easy to setup, has very good image quality, and sounds quality works well. System has plenty of apps and are also easy to use. I assess for the money is an excellent pick. However, If I have to be picky I would say sometimes TV doesn´t connect to wifi, at times voices are a little hard to hear, music o FX sounds come to loud, and some codecs aren´t available nor able to obtain.

Very clear picture, great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture of this TV is extremely clear, it also comes w various features such as amazon prime videos, Samsung tv! It was easy to take out of the box an assemble. The only recent issue we came across is a green tint on the faces but it has gone away.

Blurry pucture

no matter what we gave tried, the images in the center 1/3 of the screen are blurry and/or pixilated. we spent extra money on this particular screen as it was supposed to have very high definition. makes us wonder why we purchased it. we had not owned a television in 25 years and this is the best picture that's offered?

Movie theatre quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great clear, bright colored picture. Very light and easy to assemble. Remote is extremely hypersensitive. You barely touch the up or down buttons and it is scrolling fast. The Samsung plus gives a wide range of free movies, TV shows, an music channels all preinstalled and free to watch! Love the option to download more apps to watch our favorite networks. Sound is crisp and clear.

Great picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 30 inch TV and were very happy with the size and quality of the TV. However, we have begun to notice that the whites often appear purple or have a strobe like effect. This tends to happen when there is direct sunlight on the TV and after some research, we have found that this is a common issue with Samsung TVs. We may try a different HDMI cable to see if this will make it any better but it seems to be an issue with the TV since the issue has occurred with several devices.

Great TV, glossy screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaces a 18 year old LG 42". Very average TV viewing, no additional equipment used with it. One issue is an annoying screen reflection due to the position/mounting in my room, that has lots of windows. Screen could have been a more matte finish. Without windows or lamps in the room, there would be no problems.
