this has a nice crisp picture on 4k content and helps alot of standard def look great as well but the hdr is a little lack of detail as it goes to dark in that aspect a dolby vision would be better as it gets brighter would be nice a firmware upgrade in the future is possible to include dolby vision if possible but still a nice picture..took some getting used to on the remote its not that bad of a lag as others have said in my experience at least if it gets loaded down while doing other processes it lags a bit and upgrading the firmware in the beginning was iffy because not enough storage space but i used a flash drive and downloaded it from a pc and installed fine that way...but overall im satisfied with my product

Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. Fantastic picture at a great price point
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our 65” Samsung for entertaining, video games and sports mainly. The picture is top notch. We also have 55” LG UHD and we thought it has a great picture; the Samsung is even better. We are very impressed and this would be a 5 star if the OS was as streamlined and fluid as in the LG. I realize these two brands are in the same family (i.e. Kia and Hyundai) but the Samsung's OS should be just as good, if not better than the LG. Anyways, its still a great TV and the value for money and picture quality are 5 star all the way; I highly recommend this TV.
Love my TV

I have a 4yr old and when he's asleep I don't want the noise from the tv waking him so the Bluetooth function is awesome. I use my tv for everything. Best decision I ever made for a tv. Samsung is hands down the best for their products overall.
Product has some great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is pretty nice for the most part. Has great picture and surprisingly good sound. Has a lot of great features with being a smart tv and lots of apps etc. The one thing I will say that isn't the best is it will continuously disconnect from our wifi. For awhile I believed it could have been the wifi but considering that none of the other tv's/ electronics disconnect from the wifi every time i turn it on leads me to believe that it's the TV. So that is definitely annoying. I love the tv other than that. So if you really want to put your wifi password into the tv every time you turn it on (also it will tell you multiple times that it can't connect and after the 5th time putting in the password it finally connects) then by all means get this tv.

Wanted 4K and numerous streaming apps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a 4K 82" Smart TV for my office and decided on this model. It provides a spectacular, crystal-clear 4K picture with no pixilation that I can detect. Another key requirement for me was the availability of popular pre-loaded streaming apps or the ability to download and install those that did not come preloaded. The remote control is compact and efficient. The only desired improvement to the remote control would be the addition of an optical cursor. Would I recommend this specific model? Absolutely yes. I love it.
Great Tv

AMAZING TV with many features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this TV for over a month, I finally wanted to share my input on how I feel about it. Upfront, I have to say this is a GREAT TV which has given me no problems at all. The display on the screen is super colorful, HD, and just makes everything look more vivid. There's a large number of features available and you can download many apps. The TV is easy to work around and there is no lag or glitches, which can often be an issue with a smart TV. However, this TV doesn't lag at all which I always put as a top priority with any device. I also play video games with this TV and I'm very content with its game mode which makes video processing better. Overall, this TV is great for anyone since it supports so many apps and you can watch anything. It also doesn't weight too much so it wasn;t very difficult to put up.
Firmware Update
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the firmware updates. Even with auto function turned off it still updated. Reason I do not like auto update is because I use the WEB and once the TV gets a certain age you can't use the web
