We enjoy the crisp stills and pictures streamed and how much the characters are defined on the screen. We also have Samsung phones and enjoy the ease of use between our phones, the casting apps and Google to watch the shows we like to watch with such ease in capabilities. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 50in. Version and it is awesome for gaming, wathing hdr 4k movies on my firestick. Has lots of hdmi ports. Unfortunately not hdmi 2.1, but does have ALLM mode where it streets the device that's connected and sets up the best configuration. I love the remote. Voice control works well. Especially if you have samsung eco system ie fridge, camera, etc. You get notifications right on your screen if you choose. Also has ethernet and wifi. S a dly the wifi is only wifi 5 so no takjng advantage of wifi 6 if you have a router. Id recommend ethernet to get best connection. You can download apps like the steam stream app if your a gamer and play. Also there is other apps thay you can download Hbomax, fubo, etc. Overall for the price you get a really nice tv. Wish i would have gotten the bigger one being that 50 is pretty small for my living room. But still cannot beat the quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is very nice once you get everything dialed in. It does take a while to set the 4K picture automatically. The biggest point of frustration is using streamimg services with this (dumb) smart TV. It keeps loosing connection to AT&T live and others. I have a very strong internet connection, so this makes no since. I am also using a Orbit mesh server that is in the same room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is good for its size and price range I got the 70 in and so far it seems to be pretty good it goes get glare so I had to re position it so the sun does not shine on it and I mainly ya it for things like Netflix so I haven't really push the 4K capability's yet but the image quality seems pretty good and in game mode even better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 55" Class TU700D Crystal Smart TV is a great upgrade from my old TV in size, picture quality, sound, and smart options. Remote functions are great and syncing to phone and internet was super easy. I would recommend this TV to a friend.

our last tv was a 2105 model of a different brand & couldnt access hbo max or apple tv without some kind of external device. i just wanted to be able to turn on the tv & have the options there. since getting this tv we have been able to access all the channels. however, the picture is initially set up in some eco friendly way that makes it dark. you really have to play with it to make it light enough. but there should be a higher level to the brightness. it's also not the most user friendly. we end up exiting what we are watching by mistake quite often. being able to set things up with your smartphone is helpful. the picture is clear, sound is good, apps all there. an improvement would be a remote with a qwerty keyboard on back to make the search function quicker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cristal UHD has a very good picture and quality with streaming, video games and air TV. Deeper blacks and brighter whites, the colors are OK. Internet/Interface: Is OK 7/10 I'm having some issues with slow internet first week and then sometimes the wifi connection fails so I have to change to etherneth. And the Interface through the menu is sometimes slow comparing with other Samsung TVs. I had a previous Samsung so the set up was rather easy just had to login and the app installed all apps without problem. Control: My personal opinion is they should kept the old minimalist design control, the less buttons the better , some cases during night due to the huge amount of buttons I cannot navigate through the interface as easy as I used to do in the minimalist design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this television as it's a severe improvement from my previous T.V. (2016 K-Series) which has become largely unsupported overall. The only major issue I have is connectivity regardless of method (neither wireless or wired via a shiny new Cat8 cable) being intermittently choppy and often freezing the T.V. only to be fixed by a power cycle &/or network reset.... both are a pain when you have growingly impatient toddlers!
