Disappointed

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is not very bright. The smart tuner loses app sign-in info or ability and the TV has to be unplugged and rebooted to make it right. I would not have expected this from, what is supposed to be, such a good brand. I am very disappointed and will probably go back to Insignia.

Disappointed: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Solid product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a superb picture and access to almost all the streaming apps. Has ports for Ethernet, HDMI, and optical audio connection. I use this product for 5 to 6 hours a day and have not encountered any issues. I'd recommend this product to anyone searching for a new television

Samsung still leads the TV Game!

Not only do I stream from my phone to my television but I am able to do two things at once although I have a Chromecast hooked to the television I really have to use it it works so well and seamlessly with my S22 Ultra and my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic . I also love that when I bring my gallery up in the home menu to look at my pictures from my phone they look absolutely amazing! I love Samsung!

It's a good television.

i am satisfied with the tv. the only thing that bothers me about my purchase is i didn't know anything about samsung tv plus. i think that's the right name. i absolutely hate how it automatically starts playing a random cable channel when the television is turned on and i haven't chosen something yet. i also don't like it turning my playstation on just because i turned the tv on. i want the television and the playstation to be connected but that seems just inconvenient. tv is smart so there's really no need to turn on the playstation unless i'm about to play a game. other than those few nitpicks the tv is great.

Got it on sale. Best TV I ever had.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This particular TV has everything I needed for entertainment. A lot of inputs to the TV makes it easy to connect different gaming consoles and my portable hard drive was recognized right away. Very much recommended.

Easy to use and integrate with video interests

Was a smart TV sceptic but this device is very user friendly. It does almost all of what my Apple TV does. It's easy to go back forth between streaming services Ike Netflix, Apple TV, Acorn and Disney, and regular TV channels coming in over Bell Fibe connection. Physical connectorization is much simpler than on my old TV. Picture is great and I am watching my favourite IPL. Great for mirroring when the spirit moves you.

Great TV, Even Better Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the search for a new TV. MY wife and I were on the hunt. We love watching Series together, and at that moment we only had 1 TV.. So as we were searching on the inter webs for a new tube. We stumbled upon the Samsung 55" Inch TU7000. I love the Asian build of this TV, being asian myself, I always appreciate when a TV is wonderfully made. So me and my S.O discussed it and figured, What the Hay-day, let's pull the trigger. So we got it at the TV Store and brought it to it's new home. Beautifully wrapped, we then took it out of the box, plugged that bad boy in and...... BOOM! Welcome to our new Best-friend. Short story Long, The Samsung TU7000, is an amazing machine for the price. You should Get one. Now.

Almost 4 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of picture is great. My only dissatisfaction is with the smart tv interface and the remote. I will likely switch to another smart tv device. The embedded apps are annoying, especially ones I will never use. Also the remote is poorly designed for my bigger fingers. Return keys and arrow keys should be more pronounced. A lighted keypad and microphone would be a nice addition.

Great price for a great product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv is wonderful! It has a wide visual display (Ie colour, dynamic range, shadow composition). Loud speakers (I normally don't turn it up past 20 vol so I don't disturb my neighbors), and 4k resolution in a small budget that fits just about anywhere.

Awesome Picture!
