[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for gaming and streaming. I love all of the built-in apps and the ability to add and remove different ones. I have no tv/cable service in my room where I have the tv. The wireless capabilities work flawlessly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this TV is not having to plug anything else into it for streaming (i.e. apple tv, fire stick, etc). Apps are accessible via the home menu, and I don't think I have run into having any apps unavailable yet. I took a star off because it doesn't allow me to configure my "most used" apps to be at the start of the app list and I have to scroll around a lot to get to the things I use frequently. Great picture / resolution so far and haven't had any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for just over three weeks so far and I really love it. It works well, the picture is clear and bright, and overall the sound is really good. There are only two times I ran into issues with the TV. First, was during the unboxing where I went to remove the protective film from the TV. There were two strips of solid plastic along the edges of the screen that when I was removing I was worried I was going to damage the screen because they were so difficult to remove. However, after extremely carefully remove the film and lightly pulling the strip I was able to remove the plastic edges of the film. The second issue comes when changing streaming applications. When I was trying to switch from Netflix to Hulu the losing page for Hulu would appear and then would suddenly revert to the Netflix streaming page. This was slightly frustrating but the next day it was resolved and I had no issues. In regards to streaming, this TV is great it has most major services so I felt no need to get a Roku device, Apple TV device, or Amazon Fire Stick like I have had to in the past. All in all this is a great TV and you won't go wrong purchasing it!

I would only take off half a start but I see that's not an option so with that said, the size is awesome (75), sound is good, picture quality is dope, the features are really nice! Next year I'm buying another Samsung but bigger like 85 and bigger 😎 so the apps are good, plenty to download, my only issue is it tends to lag when browsing through apps and I know it's not really made to browse the internet (Internet browser app included) but that experience still need to be improved

Has play store which is soo cool you can download apps & do so many of your favorite things on it BTW also comes with free samsung TV on it which I thought was a cool little perk even if you don't need or use it always good to have ! So I would totally recommend I'd give it 10/10

i purchased this samsung 55" because i have the 42" samsung nonsmart tv in my bedroom and had excellent experience. this is my very first smart tv. picture is excellent and sound is impressive. set up was easy through the settings on the tv. tried using the smartthings app on my iphone and it would not work. being my first smart tv, i'm not too impressed with the software. my 42" with amazon firestick takes 2 seconds to load. the 55" takes 15+ seconds to load hulu, netflix and prime tv. sometimes hulu does not load and goes back to previous screen. the only way i have found to fix it, is to turn off tv, unplug the power for 20 seconds then plug back in. the remote doesn't always select what you want. if the software and remote issues could be fixed then i would have given this tv 5 stars.

Set up was much more difficult than I expected. Yeah, I'm a 75-yer-old technological disaster, but I've never been so frustrated with instructions not matching reality. Days into the process, I still have one cable channel that looses its sound as I attempt to watch my favorite broadcast (Jeopardy). Why don't y'all (and others) do the obvious. Get senior citizen volunteers to invite you into their homes, and then sit with them and learn from what we old timers struggle with.

Samsung has top notch products and this TV just goes to show how superb their technology was implemented into this Device. My family could not be happier with this outstanding TV and the built-in functionality. 10 out of 10 for rating. I have been buying Samsung products since high school starting out with a gaming monitor purchase. 13 years later all of my house TVs are Samsung + plus new smart fridge additional really makes for a great tech based household. Keep up the great work Samsung releasing top of the line high quality products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV for various things and I think it performs well in all aspects, especially I really like the image. I would recommend this product because it fulfills everything it promises and has good characteristics.

the remote has so many buttons and it makes it confusing to find apps or go to apps. the roku tv we had was so much easier to use. once you download the apss, the app screen is so tiny and its hard to tell which app you are selcting. i think the overall design needs to be changed. tv is clear and eveyrhing and works fine.
